1. Introduction and Acceptance

Welcome to 1oklaro. These Terms & Conditions (the "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User," "Player," or "you") and 1oklaro (the "Company," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the 1oklaro online casino platform, including the website located at https://1oklaro.app and any associated mobile applications or services (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or using any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and refrain from creating an account.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

1oklaro reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension or closure and forfeiture of funds.

2.2 Account Registration

When you register for a 1oklaro account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid Philippine mobile number;
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete;
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials (username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes);
• Accept full responsibility for all activities that occur under your account;
• Notify 1oklaro immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

You may only register one account with 1oklaro. Multiple accounts registered by the same person are strictly prohibited and may result in closure of all accounts and forfeiture of balances and winnings.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Processing

3.1 Deposits

1oklaro accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other participating banks), and other payment methods as displayed on the Platform. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise specified. All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP).

You warrant that all funds deposited into your 1oklaro account are derived from legitimate sources and are not the proceeds of any illegal activity. 1oklaro reserves the right to conduct anti-money laundering (AML) checks and to request supporting documentation regarding the source of funds.

3.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed in accordance with our standard procedures. Most GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are completed within minutes, while bank transfers may take 1-3 business days depending on the receiving institution. 1oklaro reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal.

Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200 unless otherwise specified.

1oklaro does not charge withdrawal fees for standard processing. However, your payment provider (bank, GCash, PayMaya) may impose its own fees, which are beyond our control.

3.3 Bonus Wagering Requirements

All bonuses, promotions, and free bets are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements as stated in the applicable promotion terms. Funds derived from bonuses must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be withdrawn. Failure to meet wagering requirements may result in forfeiture of bonus funds and any associated winnings.

4. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

1oklaro is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide tools to help you manage your gaming activity, including:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account;
• Loss Limits: Set maximum loss thresholds over a specified period;
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a specified duration of continuous play;
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of 24 hours to 30 days;
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your account for a minimum period of six months.

5. Game Rules and Fair Play

5.1 Game Integrity

All games offered on the 1oklaro Platform are provided by licensed third-party software providers. Random Number Generator (RNG) games are independently tested and certified for fairness. Live dealer games use physical equipment (cards, dice, roulette wheels) operated by trained professionals and streamed in real-time.

1oklaro does not manipulate game outcomes. However, we reserve the right to void bets and withhold winnings if we detect fraudulent activity, collusion, use of automated betting software (bots), or any other form of cheating.

5.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 1oklaro Platform:

• Using multiple accounts to circumvent betting limits or bonus restrictions;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage;
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets;
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or glitches for financial gain;

• Sharing account credentials with third parties;

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities where appropriate.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the 1oklaro Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and game interfaces, is the property of 1oklaro or its licensors and is protected by Philippine and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without our prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 1oklaro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

In no event shall 1oklaro's total liability to you for all claims arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform exceed the amount you have deposited into your account during the six months preceding the claim.

1oklaro is not responsible for any losses resulting from technical failures, internet connectivity issues, unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials, or any other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

8. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the 1oklaro Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any legal proceedings, you agree to first contact our customer support team to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. If the dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days, either party may pursue formal legal remedies.

9. Account Closure and Termination

You may close your 1oklaro account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon closure, any remaining balance in your account will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to verification and compliance with our withdrawal procedures.

1oklaro reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. In the event of termination for cause, we may withhold any remaining balance pending investigation.

10. Amendments to Terms

1oklaro reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on the Platform and updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document. Your continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account.
